Hi! Welcome to Mindful Learning Blogs!

I'm a sophomore at Vanderbilt University studying Cognitive Studies, and I'm excited to be here to share how I applied Educational Psychology in real life and how you can do it!

My blogs aim to help college students improve self-awareness, develop study skills, and boost confidence in learning!

Dear Reader:

I know how it feels to be working hard, trying your best, and still not getting a good grade:

"Why does everyone else get it… but I don't?"

"Am I just not smart enough?"

Growing up, that voice followed me everywhere.

But when I got to college, I had to balance personal life, work, and academic life.

I didn't have much time to study like I used to have, so I learned to study smarter — which means I now have free time to have fun!

In my blogs, I'm excited to share some of my personal stories and how to use psych-based strategies to improve memory, motivation, focus, and confidence in learning, so that you can get good grades!

I hope you are as excited as I am!
