Everyone can learn well if they learn in the correct way.

I still remember the weeks before my first college intro neuroscience quiz:

I said: “I spent so much time on this class. I read every chapter, highlighted key terms, and took notes. OK! I should be good for the quiz!”

I felt like I was doing everything “right.” But on the first quiz, I barely passed.

It wasn’t because I didn’t study.

It was because I didn’t know how to study, or I used the wrong learning strategies for this class.

So I stopped trying to look like a “good” student, and started trying to understand *how my brain actually learns.*That's when things shifted.

So If You’ve Ever Thought:

“I’m not smart enough”

“I’m just not good at this subject”

“I study so much and still don’t get it”

Pause, you are probably just missing the right approach.

Let’s unpack why→
